Constitution

The Constitution is defined as a system of fundamental principles according to which the TBU is organized and governed. The document outlines the “Bylaws” which are standing rules that  govern the membership of the TBU on matters of internal regulation and matters which are entirely within the control of the TBU.

Any motions to change the current Constitution should be submitted to the Resolutions Committee (on-time) for the Annual General Meeting. Motions may also be made from the floor at the meeting. The AGM is held at the end of May. Meeting specifics will be shared closer to the date.
